  Very disappointed in their landscaping consultation. We specifically asked for guidance on planting and landscaping, and their only solution was that we need to build a deck over our brick patio. Furthermore, their "landscape design" was literally some lines scribbled on a piece of paper. It looks like something done by a 5 year old on a napkin. And to top it off, we were sent a blank email with a photo of the scribbles. No "Thank you" or "Here's your design" or anything.
